Christos is Head of Section for Supervision of IT Risk and Cyber Resilience at the Central Bank of Cyprus. Within the Directorate General for Financial Stability & Resolution, he leads supervisory activities related to ICT risks and cyber resilience, overseeing financial entities’ regulatory compliance with digital operational resilience requirements to help safeguard financial stability against evolving technology-related risks. He serves as a member of the EU DORA Oversight Forum and represents the Central Bank of Cyprus in relevant EBA and ECB working groups. With over 15 years of experience in ICT audit and management consulting across the UK and Cyprus, Christos has developed extensive expertise in digital policy and technology risk management, with a strong ability to align these disciplines with strategic and regulatory objectives.
