Vaike Metzger is a Partner in KPMG’s Financial Services division and leads the firm’s global activities in Operational Resilience, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). She has 30 years of experience advising banks, insurance companies, asset managers and IT service providers on IT governance, regulatory compliance and cybersecurity.
Her expertise includes information security, operational and digital resilience, cloud and outsourcing risk, third-party risk management, business continuity and regulatory audits. She supports organisations in developing secure, compliant and future-ready IT environments while navigating increasingly complex regulatory requirements.
Vaike holds a degree in Business Mathematics from the University of Hamburg and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and IT Governance & IT Compliance Practitioner (ITGCP).
