Stelios Stylianou is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Bank of Cyprus, where he leads the bank’s Cyber Security, ICT risk management, and digital resilience strategy. With extensive experience of more than 20 years in information/cyber security governance, operational resilience, incident management, cloud security, and regulatory compliance, he plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s cyber defence capabilities to stay up to speed with current and emerging cyber threats and aligning them with European regulatory frameworks, including DORA and NIS2. Stelios is passionate about enabling secure digital transformation and fostering and implementing a culture of cyber awareness and resilience.
