Aglaia has over 9 years of working experience in Information Security, holding a BSc in Computer Science from European University of Cyprus and an MSc in Cybersecurity from the University of Southampton. Spent 3 years in a Big4 consulting firm both in Malta and Cyprus, 2+ years in one of the major Telecommunications and Internet Service Providers in Cyprus, as well as almost 4 years in the financial industry. Currently working at Hellenic Bank in the Information Security and Fraud department with the role of Information Security (GRC) Officer. Holding certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CRISC and CISM. Aglaia is a Board Member of the ISACA Cyprus Chapter having the role of Secretary and acting as one of the leaders in ISACA’s SheLeadsTech program.

George Michaelides

Commissioner of Communications, Republic of Cyprus

George has over 25 years of ICT experience, holding a B.Eng in Computer Engineering and an MSc in Communications Systems. He spent 14 years in very senior regional ICT roles with multinational organizations. Since 2014, he has led Cyprus’ National Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, and in 2018, he also assumed responsibility for the Network and Information Security Authority, including setting up and operate the National CSIRT. He oversees the National Cybersecurity Certification Authority and the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity.  George is also a board member of BEREC and the European Cybersecurity Competence Center (ECCC).

Ulrika Dellrud

Chief Privacy & Data Ethics Officer, Smarter Contracts

Ulrika Dellrud is a globally recognized thought leader in privacy and data, AI, emerging tech, digital ethics, and open data. With 25 years of global operational and strategic experience, she has served as chief privacy officer in several big multinational companies.  She is currently the chief privacy and data ethics officer at Smarter Contracts and is also a Non-Executive Director, advising companies on data strategies.  Ulrika regularly engages with regulators globally and is a member of the European Data Protection Board’s pool of experts. A Swedish and US-qualified attorney and member of the New York bar, she is a member of the IAPP and currently serves on its AI professional governance board.  She is also a board member of ISACA Belgium. Ulrika is an avid mentor and coach and an enthusiast for developing the careers of younger professionals.  and is a member of Women in Privacy and one of the leader’s in ISACA’s SheLeadsTech program.

Punit Bhatia

Punit Bhatia is an award-winning privacy and AI strategist with global experience advising CXOs and Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in over 30 countries. He specializes in identifying and managing privacy and AI risks, and in designing and implementing effective data and privacy strategies in cloud-based, AI-driven environments.

He is the author of four books, including “Be Ready for GDPR” and “AI & Privacy”, and is a recognized global speaker, having delivered talks at over 70 international events. Punit is also the creator and host of the FIT4Privacy Podcast, consistently ranked among the top GDPR podcasts from 2020 to 2023 and awarded the #1 spot in the 2024 People’s Choice Awards for privacy podcasts.

Known for his ability to explain complex topics in clear, business-friendly language, Punit holds multiple certifications, including Fellow in Information Privacy (FIP), CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPO, COP, and ISO 27701 Lead Implementer.

He is the founder and CEO of FIT4PRIVACY, a trade name of Ek Advisory BV. Punit currently serves on the boards of ISACA Belgium, the Global AI Association, and the DPO Circle. Cónal Hickey

Cónal is the Vice President and Global Cyber Resilience practice leader for Kyndryl in Strategic Markets. As Global Cyber resilience leader he is responsible for running the practice across Strategic Markets group dedicated to helping our clients become more cyber resilient in their IT and digital transformation journeys. As a senior member of the Kyndryl operations transition team, Conal was responsible for leading the IT separation workstream in the Kyndryl spin off from IBM. Prior to that role Cónal held a number of senior executive positions in IBM including responsibility for IBM’s Network Services and for all strategic and vended relationships across IBM Technology services organisation associated with Networking. He was previously responsible for running IBM Network services delivery within IBM’s Global Technology services organisation leading a team of 3,000 professionals. Prior to that he established and led IBM Cloud migration services practice enabling clients transform their workloads to digital and to move their applications across hybrid /multi-cloud environments. Based in Dublin Ireland, Cónal is married with 4 boys who are all of school going age. Cónal holds a Batchelors degree in Commerce from University College Dublin and a Masters of business studies degree from Smurfit school of business.
